Notes From The
Hard Road |
ABOUT
Renegade filmed 'notes from the hard road and beyond' live at the closing night of the Melbourne Festival this year, following what's been described as 2010's musical event of the year, the extraordinary Seven Songs to Leave Behind. Bringing together artists such as Joss Stone, Rickie Lee Jones and Paul Dempsey, notes from the hard road and beyond inspires us with a soundtrack to freedom. The musicians express stories that weave from revolution to redemption, performing songs by Billie Holiday, Bob Dylan, Woody Guthrie, Leonard Cohen, Pete Seeger and Green Day, to name just a few. It aired on television on November 25, 2011. |
